Terms and conditions for Part Time Courses(Last Updated: 27th May 2008)
1. Student has the right to change the start date by providing a minimum of seven days notice, in writing or via email to info@bcoc.co.uk. Any requests received after this date, may not be processed. This is due to limited class size and availability
2. Once a module /part of a package/course have started, refund will not be available for any part of the course.
3. Course fees exclude exam fees, unless these were paid for separately.
4. Student has the right to claim for a refund, if applied for and received in writing within seven days of the enrolment date. This does not apply for courses starting within a week of enrolment. An administration charge £200 is applicable if the refund is approved.
5. We reserve the right to refuse access to any student who has failed to make full payment, is rude and disruptive, bullying and/or harassing our staff and/or other students. All students are required to respect and treat others as equal, and we will not tolerate acts of discrimination or inappropriate behaviour of any kind, in line with the relevant legislation.
6. We make every possible effort to run all the courses as advertised. However, we reserves the right to cancel subjects or courses at any time if they prove to be non viable, or, for any reason which lies outside the College’s control; and to alter aspects of the course such as fees, trainer, dates, times, location and reschedule classes if this becomes necessary.
For Full Time Courses
Terms & Conditions:
1. You have a right to change the start date of the course by providing us not less then one week notice in writing to info@bcoc.co.uk
2. You have a right to cancel your enrolment from seven days from enrolled date, subject to you haven’t used any of the college facilities or have been issued any visa letter. You loose the right to cancel your enrolment if you sign up within seven days of course start date.
3. You have a right to obtain refund if your visa is rejected less administration charge and course fee for any module started.
4. All refunds under section (2) (3) are subject to an administration charge of £300.
5. All refunds will only be processed if the refund application has been made using appropriate refund application form. It may take up to 28 working
days to reach a refund decision.
6. All refunds under section (3) should need to produce original visa rejection document for the refund application to be processed. All refund
applications based on visa rejection should be made within three months of date of rejection.

9. You cannot claim for a refund after commencing the course. However we would be happy to exchange this with the similar/suitable course subject
to you let us know within first day of the course and you pay the difference in course fee and subject to availability.
10. There is a £35 graduation fee payable before any final completion certificate or transcript issued. College reserves the right to deny awarding the certificate if the student fails to pay the graduation fee.
